In the fields, one sees them, wide in grass or grazing peacefully. Large placid animals which one believes to know because they are livestock. Lions, gorillas, bears have all our attention but did one ever really look at cows? Have we ever wondered what they do all day long? How do they react when the storm comes? When the sun shines again what do they think when they stay still, staring at the void? By the way, do they think?
