Vernissage of the exhibition: 28 August at 18:00<\/p>\n

A diffuse exhibition immersed in the nature of the Gran Paradiso, where Donato Savin’s stone sculptures – birds moved by the wind, sheep, cows, bearded vultures, ibexes and stelae – are harmoniously integrated with the symbolic places of Cogne. Savin sculpts with lightness and intensity, transforming the material into an instinctive and poetic gesture. \u2018It’s not a job, it’s not a passion: it’s a game!\u2019, says the artist, and in these words is reflected all the profound lightness of his artistic gesture: sculpting for him is neither a duty nor a profession, but a free, instinctive, necessary act, just as play is. A photographic and educational exhibition to explore the presence of the wolf in the Alps through engaging images and informative panels. The shots, the result of a long wait and deep listening to the Alpine landscape, are by the naturalist photographers of the Nuovi Equilibri project, Andr\u00e9 Roveyaz and Francesco Guffanti.<\/p>\n

The exhibition is the result of a collaboration between the Associazione Io non ho paura del lupo (I’m not afraid of the wolf) and the LIFE WolfAlps EU project, with the aim of overcoming myths and fears and promoting a conscious and respectful coexistence between man and nature.<\/span>\n <\/div>\n\n<\/div>[vc_empty_space height=”50px”][vc_single_image image=”39602″ img_size=”full”][vc_empty_space height=”50px”][vc_text_separator title=”Schedule”][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

“Reuse the Fortress – Ideas for the recovery of Ch\u00e2tel-Argent”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vernissage on 7 August at 5 p.m.<\/p>\n

Exhibition of the winning projects of the international competition of ideas addressed to architecture students, launched by Reuse Italy with the patronage of Fondation Grand Paradis and the Municipality of Villeneuve, to enhance the splendid fortress of Ch\u00e2tel-Argent: not only stones and walls, but a living testimony of the passage of time, the resilience of human endeavour and the constant dance between innovation and conservation.<\/p>\n
